2. How do I book an appointment?

Booking is super easy!
Just visit our website’s Booking Page, select your service, and pick a time that works for you. Joey, our amazing manager, will confirm your appointment ASAP. 💌 Got questions? DM us on Instagram or email us directly – we’re here to help!

3. Can I request a custom look?

Absolutely! We love helping you bring your vision to life. 🌈 Whether you want something extra specific or just want to vibe with our artist, Ryu, let us know during your consultation. 💄✨

4. How long does each session take?

  • Natural K-Drama Make-up & Hair: ~ 60 minutes
  • Idol K-Pop Make-up & Hair: ~90 minutes (yes, glam takes time!)
  • Wedding with K-Style Make-up & Hair: ~2 hours depending on the look.

We recommend arriving 10 minutes early to relax and chat with us about your style goals. 💕

5. Do you cater to international clients?

Yes, yes, and YES! 🌍 We welcome K-beauty lovers from all over the world. Don’t worry about language barriers – Joey’s here to make everything smooth and easy for you. Let’s make your Seoul trip unforgettable. ✨

6. What’s your cancellation policy?

Life happens – we get it! If you need to cancel or reschedule, please let us know at least 48 hours in advance. Late cancellations may result in a fee. 😢 Thank you for understanding!
